Velocity

Velocity is a fun and life-changing program for 7th and 8th grade students who want to live with integrity, grow as leaders, and be positive role models in their schools and communities.

All Velocity students commit to being drug-free, alcohol-free, and sexually abstinent, and they’re trained to speak honestly and openly about real-life issues like peer pressure, stress, relationships, and family.

At each school where Velocity is offered, 7th-8th grade Velocity students present lessons to 6th graders—sharing personal experiences, leading honest conversations, and encouraging their younger peers to make wise, healthy choices. Each year, over 150 Velocity students impact more than 3,000 sixth graders in our community!

With regular hangouts, monthly events, and an entire school year of learning, fun, and growth, there’s a place for you here. You have what it takes to be a difference-maker.
