TA Spring Retreat

6:00pm-10:30pm Fri, March 17th & 10:00am-4:45pm Sat, March 18th

Refresh is a two-day event open to 9th-12th grade students who are currently enrolled members in Teen Advisors and will be March 17th-18th at Pierce Chapel UMC. This retreat is not an opportunity to join Teen Advisors and is for currently registered members only. If you are already in Teen Advisors, you are eligible to attend.

The cost to attend is $20 and all payments are non-refundable. Fee helps cover T- shirt, sticker, 2 meals and other activity costs. Parents/Students are responsible for getting themselves to Pierce Chapel UMC:   5122 Pierce Chapel Rd, Midland, GA 31820

Day #1 at 6:00pm on Friday March 17th and pick up time will be 10:30pm that evening

Day #2 start time is 10:00am on Saturday March 18th and pick up time will be 4:45pm          

* by registering students are committing to full attendance of both days of activities

Students will not be allowed to arrive late or leave early from the event and/or leave anytime during the event. This is true for both days. Your full presence matters. This retreat will have a strong Christian emphasis. Any Teen Advisors student may sign up to attend, but please be aware of the Christian emphasis for this particular event. Please complete the registration and secure your spot by making your payment as space is limited. Please include student name and updated contact info for a parent/guardian and for the student. A follow-up email will be sent upon receiving completed registration with further instructions and a “what to bring/what not to bring” list. Your student’s registration for ReFresh is not complete until you have paid his/her Fees in full and/or we have received and approved a scholarship application.
