Then our Teen Advisors Internship Program might be the perfect fit for you!
As a staff intern, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Learn leadership and ministry skills
- Serve across a variety of impactful programs
- Build meaningful relationships with students and staff
- Grow personally and spiritually through real-world experience

Choose Your Internship Focus
Within your application, you’ll be able to select which Internship Program you’d like to apply for. Please read the brief descriptions below before making your selection:
🚀 Student Ministry Intern (Middle & High School Programs | 7th–12th Grade)
- Mentor middle and high school students while helping create safe, encouraging, and engaging environments
- Assist with Classroom Session (CRS) days across partner schools
- Collaborate with staff and program teams to plan, organize, and lead student events
- Build meaningful relationships with students through mentorship, encouragement, and leadership development
- Co-lead and host same-gender student ministry contacts and small group opportunities
- Support both the Velocity Middle School and Teen Advisors High School programs throughout the school year
- Attend weekly team meetings, monthly student events, and designated youth gatherings/program activities
🎓 Social Media Intern (Middle & High School Programs | 7th–12th Grade)
- Help create engaging and student-focused content for Teen Advisors and Velocity social media platforms
- Assist with managing and posting content on Instagram and Facebook
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments during student programs and events
- Collaborate with staff to promote upcoming events, student stories, outreach opportunities, and program highlights
- Help develop creative ideas, graphics, captions, reels, and short-form video content
- Support social media communication efforts that connect middle and high school students to the Teen Advisors community
- Maintain a positive and professional online presence that reflects the mission and values of Teen Advisors
- Attend student events, and designated program activities for content creation and engagement
