Pricing & Deadlines:

1. The Early Bird Registration Rate ($45) applies if paid in full by Thursday, May 24.

2. The Back-to-School Registration Rate ($60) applies if paid in full by Thursday, August 16.  (August 16 is the final date to sign-up for V-Day #1.)

3. The Final Registration Rate ($75) applies to all payments made AFTER Thursday, August 16.  (The final deadline to sign-up for V-Day #2 is Thursday, September 6.)

Velocity Registration Form

WELCOME, 2012-2013 VELOCITY MEMBER!
Before you get started on this form, there are two important things you need to know:

1. This form is rather lengthy, and there is no “save” feature. That means you need to make sure you have a good 20 minutes to complete the ENTIRE form in one sitting, and then hit “Submit” at the bottom of the form once you're completely finished.


2. Please do NOT try to complete this form without your PARENT or Legal Guardian! Not only do you (as a minor) need their permission to join, but there is also a whole section below that your Parent/Guardian must complete on your behalf.

Once you have your Parent/Guardian with you and 20 minutes, you may begin!
