Aaron Wall, Assistant Director, Teen Advisors High School Program

Aaron is a graduate of Columbus High School, where he was a TA for 1 year. He served on Grad Staff before being hired on as a part-time Field Staffer. After graduating from Beacon University, Aaron was promoted to a full-time position as Assistant Director of the TA high school program. Among many other roles, Aaron manages our Tuesday Night Bible Study and Honor Council.  He is very happily married to the wonderful Abby Alexander Wall!

Amanda Smith, Donations, Registration, & Grad Staff

Amanda is a recent graduate from Columbus State University with a degree in Psychology.  She is also very joyfully engaged to be married to Mr. Shaun Berger!  An excellent friend and listener, Amanda is a fantastic person to have answering the door & phone for the TA office, along with her major ongoing duties as Financial Secretary, Registration Guru, and Overseer of our Grad Staff (college volunteers).  Amanda was a TA for 3 years at Columbus High before joining Grad Staff and Staff as a college student.  She loves her twin sister, her little bro, and a nice cup of coffee!

Austin Sargent, Field Staff Intern, Velocity Middle School Program

Austin is a senior at Harris County High School. He was able to intern with Velocity as part of an Internship Program his school has available for students looking to volunteer in their community. He was apart of Velocity all throughout middle school, a Vet in 9th grade, and a Teen Advisor through 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. He loves to spend his time on-stage, performing in various theaters across the community! He is excited to give back to this ministry, after it has given him so much!

Caleb Carr, Assistant Director, Velocity Middle School Program

Caleb is a Columbus native, and married to Leah Carr. He began his involvement with Teen Advisors at Hardaway High School as a junior and continued with it through college at CSU where he received a degree in Fine Arts. Caleb loves backpacking, reading a good book, playing any and all sort of games athletic or not, making art of whatever sort he can, and spending time with his wife! He loves his job and is very blessed to be able to work with Teen Advisors on a full-time basis, an organization that had such a positive impact on him when he was in school.

DB Woolbright, Field Staff Intern, Velocity Middle School Program

DB -- Deebs, David Bret, Disquised Boy -- is the man.  It's just that simple!  A three-year TA at Brookstone-then-Hardaway, DB joined our staff last year as a Velocity Intern and has now stepped into the role of Field Staff!  Along with being an avid thespian, soccer player, and drummer-extraordinaire, DB is also a sophomore Theatre major at Columbus State University.  With a quick wit, a great heart, and a friendly & welcoming personality, DB will do a great job this year working with middle schoolers!

Debbie Smith, Adult Volunteers Director

Debbie has served as our Adult Volunteers Director for almost 12 years!  Prior to that, she was an active Volunteer for TAs, serving as a Team Helper with the Hardaway High TA program, where both of her children were TAs.  A former middle school teacher, Debbie's favorite pastime is to travel with her husband of 35 years, William.  They only have 1 more state until they will have visited all 50 together!

Dianna Cash, Office & Accounts Manager

Dianna says that getting to work for Teen Advisors is a huge gift from God!  She's worked for TAs since 2002 in a variety of roles. As Office & Accounts Manager, Dianna oversees all of our filing, accounting, bill-paying, office maintenance, office volunteers, computers, Event & Classroom Session supplies, and much more. She's thankful that she gets to invest in this ministry through administration and doing behind the scenes stuff - that frees others up to do more "up front" ministry and also frees her up to be a mom and wife!

Duncan Cantrell, Field Staff, Teen Advisors High School Program

Duncan is a Tennessee native who graduated from Northside High School in Columbus, GA. He was a member of both Velocity and Teen Advisors while he was in Columbus, but afterwards spent a year away at Clemson University studying biology. After his freshman year away, he decided to move back to Columbus so that he could be more actively involved in ministry. He's an active member with Cougars 4 Christ college ministry at CSU, CrossPointe church in Columbus, and now Teen Advisors!

Kaci Lesley, Director, Teen Advisors High School Program

With more than nine years on staff with TAs, Kaci absolutely loves her job! She's married to her best friend, Jae, and is addicted to peanut butter! Kaci is "Buddy" to her three precious nieces and her brand-new nephew! Kaci loves to run... it's her sanity, the favorite part of her day, and her favorite way to connect with God. Kaci LOVES Georgia football and lives for college football season! She has an amazing family and an absolutely blessed life!

Leah Carr, Director, Velocity Middle School Program

Leah has been involved in Teen Advisors ever since she fell in love with the organization during her 10th grade year. After high school, she served on Grad Staff all 4 years of college, while studying Religion at the fabulous University of Georgia. After graduating from UGA in 2006, she moved back to Columbus and came on staff with Velocity. Some of her favorite parts of her job include, but are not limited to: laughing a lot with hilarious middle school students, Messy Field Day, getting to work alongside her husband, watching the Velocity students do Hip Hop Abs at 2am at the Lock-In, and getting to know and hang out with the most incredible middle schoolers in the world!

Logan Wilson, Field Staff Intern, Teen Advisors High School Program

Logan is a sophomore at CSU as a Music Education major. He plays trumpet, guitar, and bass in 842 different bands. Logan challenges you to a beard-off, right here and now!  (He can grow a full beard in two weeks!) Captain Logan is also a secret crime stopper at night (shhh!) with the super ability to stop crimes.

Nick Cash, Executive Director

Nick is a Columbus native who attended Reese Road, Fort, and Hardaway.  He went to college at Shorter, where he gained invaluable experience, education, and friendships - and best of all, his very best friend: Dianna!  Nick was a TA for 3 years in high school, Grad Staff for 4 years, and has now worked for TAs for 9+ years.  He has three of the most amazing & beautiful children on the planet, and loves God, sports, games, music, Cherry Coke, and exploring.

Susan Barnes, Special Projects Manager

Susan is the proud wife of Ronnie and mother of 2 TA grads.  After serving TAs in a voluntary capacity for several years at Hardaway as a Team Helper, then Team Leader, Susan came on staff as our National Director, serving all of the TA programs that reside outside of the Columbus-area.  Over her 12 years of service, her job has transformed into Special Projects Manager, where she helps oversee all of the special events and activities held by the Board and Staff.  Susan is wonderfully talented and passionate -- a fabulous provision from God for TAs!
